arrived super quick. tried it straight away. it has a lock on it to keep it closed when not in use. when in use the controls are on the internal bit of the handle. There are four different temperature settings. Works pretty well and gives a really natural wavy look. Love it!

So easy to use came exactly as described. Worked really well and heat up pretty quick. Little instructions manual inside. The box was slightly too small for the product they seem squashed in but they do the job and got here in one piece

I used 180° and it came out so natural considering this was my 1st time I used this product! Use the product with a slight angle to get more natueal waves! Recommended shine booster (argan oil before using or after using) and heat protector to get the best results !
